A 6,800 sq ft home for a family located in South Miami for a family. The main objectives in this project was to bring the landscape of the site to be part of the architecture. The entrance to funnel the eye into a grand space and a direct view to the pool. This is a Mediterranean/Contemporary style home. It uses long arcade porches, several roof planes and pitches, fenestration, and a particular color palette to achieve this look. There are two detached structures a gazebo and a gym for added convenience. The bedrooms are set to the sides of the house to allow for more privacy
